Giving Blood

This is something I do at least 4 times a year. Yesterday was the first blood drive of the year at work. The usual crowd of people was there at 8:00 am. My vitals were normal and everything went well. Till one of the pieces of tape came loose when I was squeezing the bike grip. The needle must have moved around a bit as I have a bruise about 1.5 inches around today. A little sore but it's worth it.
