Oakland Athletic's pitcher Barry Zito will donate $100 for every batter he strikes out this season. The donations will benefit military hospitals like Walter Reed and Bethesda.
Barry is encouraging other pitchers to follow his lead.
It would be nice to see Kerry Wood, Roger Clemens, and Randy Johnson join in on this.
Maybe Sammy Sosa could donate $100 for every time he strikes out...
